Supply Chain Planner / Delivery Manager
Own warehouse and delivery operations in Sweden as Supply Chain Planner at NORNORM. Hands-on role in a fast-growing circular scale-up with real operational impact.
NORNORM is transforming the way businesses furnish their spaces. We offer a subscription-based furnishing model rooted in circular economy principles, making it easy for companies to create inspiring, flexible, and sustainable work environments.
As a subscription service based on physical products, our business depends on a robust and agile supply chain. We operate across multiple markets and warehouses, handling everything from forecasting and purchasing to customer deliveries and supplier collaboration. To ensure scalability and excellence in our operations, we’re now looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to strengthen our team.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of our warehouse- and delivery operations in Sweden, balancing cost efficiency with high service levels. You’ll work closely with the local sales team, 3PL, the rest of the Supply chain team (based in other locations), and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and reliable deliveries. With a mix of operational responsibilities and continuous process improvements, this is a key role in the continued development of a supply chain setup that can support NORNORM’s international growth.
What you'll be doing:
Order Management: Handle outbound orders, change orders, returns, and replacements
3PL Warehouse Management: Daily sync with warehouse partners, resolving picking errors and stock discrepancies
Transfer Orders: Coordinate stock movements between locations and warehouses
Carrier Coordination: Book freight, track outbound shipments, and manage delays
Planning & Refurbishment: Support project planning, refurbishment requests, and spare part ordering
Process & Cost Control: Partner check-ups, training, and tracking of warehouse, last-mile, and installation costs
What we're looking for:
You’re solution-oriented, structured, and comfortable navigating the complexity of an international supply chain. You know when to deep-dive into data and when to step back and drive execution. You thrive in a role where no two days are the same, and the dynamics — and occasional chaos — of supply chain give you energy.
We imagine that you:
Have 4+ years of hands-on supply chain or logistics experience
Have solid ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics F&O preferred)
Bring strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
Have a relevant education within Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or similar
Are structured and able to keep overview in a fast-moving environment
Take ownership and drive tasks to completion
Are a collaborative team player with clear and pragmatic communication.
