Parterships Manager - Commercial Real Estate - Munich
Help launch NORNORM in Munich. Use your CRE network to build strategic partnerships, open new opportunities and establish our presence in the local workspace market.
NORNORM is a fast-growing circular scale-up redefining the workspace industry through a subscription model that's better for people, businesses, and the planet.
We’re now opening a new market in the Munich area and are looking for someone with deep knowledge of the local commercial real estate and flexible office market, ready to turn that insight into new business for NORNORM.
This is a role with real autonomy in the market. You'll be a credible first touchpoint for NORNORM in Munich’s CRE and flex ecosystem, using your existing network and market knowledge to open doors, create opportunities and build the relationships that turn into long-term, high-value partnerships.
You'll have real ownership of your market and your pipeline from day one, with the freedom to build it your way. This is your chance to play a key role in establishing one of Europe's most ambitious circular scale-ups in Munich — backed by an international business and a high-trust culture that rewards initiative over hierarchy.
What you'll be doing
Generate qualified pipeline by identifying relevant landlords, flex operators, brokers, workplace consultants and occupiers across the Munich region
Use your understanding of flexible and managed offices, fitted space, office fit-out and occupier requirements to spot where NORNORM's furniture-as-a-service model creates real value
Build and progress new business opportunities through targeted outreach, your existing network, broker and operator relationships and industry events
Research target accounts to understand their portfolio, vacancy challenges, fit-out strategy and tenant requirements
Qualify opportunities based on commercial fit, timing, budget and potential MRR/ARR value, and create high-quality discovery meetings with clear commercial rationale
Share market feedback, including objections, competitor insight and occupier trends, and work closely with partnerships, marketing and sales to sharpen our local approach
Represent NORNORM at industry events, viewings and partner conversations, turning relationships into commercial opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM data, including account intelligence, stakeholder mapping and pipeline status
Is this role for you?
You're a hunter at heart, comfortable creating and progressing your own opportunities from a standing start. You communicate with confidence and know how to build trust with senior decision-makers.
Your follow-up is structured and consistent, always with a clear commercial rationale behind the opportunities you pursue. You're driven by targets and momentum but never lose sight of the long-term relationship. You're socially talented, confident representing NORNORM in the room and motivated by the opportunity to help build a new market.
We also imagine that you:
Have direct experience from commercial real estate, flexible offices, managed offices, workplace solutions, office leasing, office fit-out or a closely related part of the Munich office market
Bring an existing network and strong understanding of the local CRE and workspace ecosystem
Have experience owning and closing complex sales cycles and are comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders in a single buying process
Take a structured, thoughtful approach to sales rather than relying on high-volume transactional selling
Are an articulate communicator who can hold a room and inspire confidence
Are a ative or near-native German speaker, and speak fluent, confident English, written and spoken (both are non-negotiable).
Why join NORNORM?
You'll have real ownership of your market and your pipeline from day one, with the freedom to build it your way.
More importantly, you'll be joining at the very beginning of our Munich journey. You'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact on how NORNORM enters the market, builds its local network and establishes its commercial presence.
This is your chance to help shape how one of Europe's most ambitious circular scale-ups enters Munich’s commercial real estate and flex market — with the backing of an established international team and a high-trust culture that rewards initiative over hierarchy.
Fewer rules, more impact, and a genuine hand in building something new.
Practicalities
This is a Munich-based, market-facing role. Building a new market means being close to it, so you’ll spend significant time out meeting prospects, customers and partners, attending industry events and building NORNORM’s network across the Munich region.
We value flexibility, but success in this role comes from being visible and active in the market, building relationships face-to-face and becoming part of the local CRE and workspace ecosystem.
A note on experience
Direct experience in the Munich commercial real estate, flexible office, managed office, workplace solutions or office fit-out market is a core requirement for this role. We are looking for someone who can bring relevant market understanding and relationships from day one.
If you're excited about NORNORM but don't yet have this industry background, we encourage you to look at our other commercial openings, which may be a better entry point into our team.
A note on your application
We run a structured recruitment process and review all candidates based on their application. You don't need a flawless CV or a perfectly polished application. We value authenticity and would much rather hear your own voice than something overly scripted.
Please apply via the application form and include a short cover letter outlining your motivation for the role.
To ensure a fair and consistent process for all candidates, we are not able to offer individual introductory calls or informal conversations outside the application process.

Our success depends on a strong corporate culture
We took on a great challenge: to reinvent the furniture industry. Founded in 2020, we've grown into a business active across 17 European countries and 59 cities, trusted by businesses like Electrolux, Netflix and Wolt to furnish and adapt their workspaces the circular way.
Our mission remains the same: to create millions of workspaces that inspire people to do the best work of their lives. And we want our clients to experience that everything we do simply works.
Our success will depend partly on external factors, such as market maturity and competitors. But it will depend just as much on the culture we build as a business.
Our key cultural aspirations are:
Attracting and keeping highly talented and effective people who find that their time at NORNORM is time well spent.
Teamwork fuelled by passionate, skilled people who bring out the best in each other and actively seek out each other's perspectives.
Having the courage to keep being a game changer in the furniture industry, day after day.
Our core values are:
WE CARE
WE DARE
WE DO
WE MAKE SIMPLE - EASY
You will help shape our culture. There is work to be done every single day, by all of us, to continuously build a strong and positive culture. Every person who joins us helps shape and evolve it further.
