Jr. Delivery Manager (Furniture Installations)
Help bring NORNORM’s projects to life across Benelux. Coordinate furniture deliveries and installations in a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to learn, take ownership and grow.
NORNORM is transforming the way businesses furnish their spaces through a circular, subscription-based model.
We’re looking for a Jr. Delivery Manager to support our delivery and furniture installation operations in Benelux, primarily in the Amsterdam area. You’ll coordinate deliveries and installations, work with our warehouse, transport and installation partners, and solve the practical issues that come up along the way.
You’ll work closely with a more experienced colleague who will guide and develop you in the role, giving you the opportunity to build hands-on experience while gradually taking on more responsibility.
What you'll be doing:
Delivery & Installation Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of customer deliveries and furniture installations across Benelux
Partner Coordination: Work closely with our warehouse, transport and installation partners to make sure deliveries are prepared and executed as planned
Order Management: Handle outbound orders, change orders, returns and replacements
On-site Support: Be present at selected customer installations to help coordinate activities and resolve practical issues
Issue Resolution: Follow up on delays, missing items, damages and other delivery or installation issues and help get them resolved
Warehouse Coordination: Stay in close contact with our warehouse partners and help resolve picking errors and stock discrepancies
Planning & Refurbishment: Support project planning, refurbishment requests and spare-part ordering.
What we're looking for:
You’re structured, curious and solution-oriented, and you enjoy making things happen in practice. You like keeping track of details, coordinating with different people and finding solutions when things don’t go exactly according to plan.
You don’t need to know everything from day one. What matters is that you’re eager to learn, comfortable taking responsibility and motivated to develop your skills in a fast-moving international environment.
We imagine that you:
Have a relevant education within Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management or a similar field
May have some experience from a student job, internship or your first full-time role within logistics, operations, project coordination or a related area
Are a native or near-native Dutch speaker – this is a must for the role
Are structured and able to keep an overview when several things are happening at once
Enjoy a varied role that takes you between the office, warehouse and customer sites
Are proactive and comfortable following tasks through to completion, while knowing when to ask for input or support
Enjoy working with external partners and different internal stakeholders, and know how to adapt your communication to different people and situations
Are comfortable working with data and Excel
Are interested in learning the systems and tools behind our operations; experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics F&O is a plus, but not a requirement
Why join NORNORM?
Joining NORNORM means being part of something bigger: scaling circularity across the workspace industry while growing in an environment that values curiosity, courage and collaboration.
We’re a purpose-driven company with strong values: We care, we dare, we do, we make simple easy. These principles shape how we work, how we grow and how we support each other.
We have a high-trust culture where initiative is rewarded, and we offer extensive personal and professional development opportunities. And as icing on the cake, we’re building something that genuinely makes an impact.
Practicalities
This is an on-site position with limited remote flexibility. The role will also involve regular visits to our warehouse and customer sites in the Benelux region.
Please note that we unfortunately do not offer relocation support or visa sponsorship. An existing permission to work in the EU is therefore a mandatory requirement.

Our success depends on a strong corporate culture
We took on a great challenge: to reinvent the furniture industry. Founded in 2020, we've grown into a business active across 17 European countries and 59 cities, trusted by businesses like Electrolux, Netflix and Wolt to furnish and adapt their workspaces the circular way.
Our mission remains the same: to create millions of workspaces that inspire people to do the best work of their lives. And we want our clients to experience that everything we do simply works.
Our success will depend partly on external factors, such as market maturity and competitors. But it will depend just as much on the culture we build as a business.
Our key cultural aspirations are:
Attracting and keeping highly talented and effective people who find that their time at NORNORM is time well spent.
Teamwork fuelled by passionate, skilled people who bring out the best in each other and actively seek out each other's perspectives.
Having the courage to keep being a game changer in the furniture industry, day after day.
Our core values are:
WE CARE
WE DARE
WE DO
WE MAKE SIMPLE - EASY
You will help shape our culture. There is work to be done every single day, by all of us, to continuously build a strong and positive culture. Every person who joins us helps shape and evolve it further.
