We zoeken een Account Executive – Workplace Partnerships die deze wereld begrijpt. Iemand die de taal spreekt van Workplace Managers, Facility Managers en Office Managers. Iemand die energie krijgt van interieurdesign, employee experience en slimme werkplekstrategieën, maar bovenal commercieel gedreven is.

Langdurige commerciële relaties opbouwen binnen de workplace- en facility-community
Begrijpen hoe design, functionaliteit en employee experience aankoopbeslissingen beïnvloeden
NORNORM positioneren als strategische circulaire partner in werkplektransformatie
Je eigen pipeline opbouwen via outreach, netwerken, events en slimme prospecting
Targets dragen en volledige verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor je resultaten
Deze rol combineert affiniteit met werkplekdesign en commercieel eigenaarschap.
Wat ga je doen?
Proactief nieuwe kansen creëren via outreach, netwerken, referrals en events
Een sterke, zelf opgebouwde pipeline ontwikkelen en onderhouden
Discovery-gesprekken voeren over werkplekbehoeften, kantoorverhuizingen en renovatieprojecten
Design- en operationele behoeften vertalen naar overtuigende commerciële voorstellen
Langdurige relaties opbouwen die verder gaan dan eenmalige transacties
Relevante workplace- en interieurdesign-events bijwonen
De zichtbaarheid van NORNORM binnen het workplace-ecosysteem vergroten

2–4+ jaar B2B full-cycle saleservaring
Ervaring of sterke affiniteit met workplace management, facility management, corporate real estate of interieurdesign
Aantoonbaar trackrecord in het consistent behalen of overtreffen van targets
Comfortabel met het zelfstandig genereren van leads en het opbouwen van een pipeline
Nederlands (native/near-native) + Engels (sterk) (beide non-negotiable)
Passie voor duurzaamheid en circulaire businessmodellen

We’re looking for an Account Executive – Workplace Partnerships who understands this world. Someone who speaks the language of Workplace Managers, Facility Managers and Office Managers. Someone who gets excited about interior design, employee experience and smart workspace strategy, but who is, above all, commercially driven.
This isn’t a typical sales job.
Yes, you’ll manage full-cycle sales.
But what you’re really doing is:
Building long-term commercial relationships within the workplace & facility community
Understanding how design, functionality and employee experience influence buying decisions
Positioning NORNORM as a strategic circular partner in workspace transformation
Creating your own pipeline through outreach, networking, events and smart prospecting
Owning targets and taking full accountability for results
This role combines workspace design affinity + commercial ownership.
What you’ll be doing
Proactively source new opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals and events
Build and maintain a strong, self-generated pipeline
Run discovery conversations around workspace needs, office-relocation projects and office refurbishment
Translate design and operational needs into compelling commercial proposals
Develop long-term relationships that go beyond one-off transactions
Attend relevant workplace and interior design events
Build NORNORM’s visibility within the workplace ecosystem
What we’re looking for
We’re hiring a commercial professional - not just a relationship manager.
2-4+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience
Experience or strong affinity with workplace management, facility management, corporate real estate or interior design
Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
Comfortable generating your own leads and building pipeline from scratch
Native or near-native Dutch + strong English (both non-negotiable)
Passion for sustainability and circular business models
