D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Developer (D365 F&SCM)

As our new Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Developer, you’ll be part of the team enabling this transformation through smart, scalable, and sustainable systems.
This role is ideal for a someone with a strong technical foundation in Dynamics 365 F&SCM, a passion for automation, and the drive to make ERP an enabler of scalability and operational excellence by extending and optimizing our ERP platform.
What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain integrations between D365 F&SCM and internal/external applications such as CRM, WMS, and Installation support tooling
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
Automate workflows that reduce manual interventions and support our vision of a digital, circular supply chain
Build Power Apps and Power Automate flows to extend functionality and improve user experience
Write and maintain X++ code and support configuration of complex ERP functionalities
Partner with our super user community to test, document, and train new functionalities
Play a key role in NORNORM’s ERP merge project, bringing Finance into Dynamics 365 FO
Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain development
Proficiency in X++ for custom development and complex configurations
Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Strong understanding of ERP integrations (REST APIs, OData, custom connectors, EDI flows)
Familiarity with supply chain processes (procurement, warehousing, logistics) and how they map in Dynamics
Familiarity with finance processes (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, reporting) and how they map in Dynamics
Ability to work independently, from requirements gathering to technical implementation
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with super users and cross-functional teams
Bonus Points For
Experience with subscription or rental business models in Dynamics.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for D365 F&SCM.
Background in logistics, finance, circularity, or ERP-driven transformations

thumb is simple: more on-site than off-site.
