Supply Chain Planner
Help us scale circular office solutions by driving purchasing and forecasting, ensuring smooth supply flows, strong supplier relations, and reliable deliveries.
NORNORM is transforming the way businesses furnish their spaces. We offer a subscription-based furnishing model rooted in circular economy principles, making it easy for companies to create inspiring, flexible, and sustainable work environments.
As a subscription service based on physical products, our business depends on a robust and agile supply chain. We operate across multiple markets and warehouses, handling everything from forecasting and purchasing to customer deliveries and supplier collaboration. To ensure scalability and excellence in our operations, we’re now looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to strengthen our team.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of purchasing, forecasting, and outbound supply - balancing cost efficiency with high service levels. You’ll work closely with suppliers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and reliable deliveries. With a mix of operational responsibilities and continuous process improvements, this is a key role in the continued development of a supply chain setup that can support NORNORM’s international growth.
You’ll be based at our Copenhagen office, working in a hybrid setup with a minimum of three days per week onsite.
What you'll be doing:
Forecasting and purchasing - ensuring the right volumes at the right cost
Managing supplier relationships and performance
Overseeing outbound supply and customer orders
Setting and maintaining warehouse parameters
Driving continuous improvement of systems, tools, and processes
Conducting financial analysis within your supply chain areas of responsibility
What we're looking for:
You’re solution-oriented, structured, and comfortable navigating the complexity of an international supply chain. You know when to deep-dive into data and when to step back and drive execution. You thrive in a role where no two days are the same, and the dynamics and occasional chaos of supply chain gives you energy.
4+ years of supply chain experience
Solid ERP knowledge (F&O preferred)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)
Relevant education within Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar
Self-driven, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
Collaborative team player and strong communicator
Why join us
You’ll join a modern, international team in a fast-growing company with a clear mission: doing good for people, business, and the planet. We value trust, clarity, and execution, and we make room for people who want to make a real impact.
In this role, we’re looking for someone who brings solid supply chain experience and can work confidently with forecasting, purchasing, and operational flows. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across markets, warehouses, and functions to ensure smooth operations and high service levels in a setup that’s continuously evolving.
We’re a purpose-driven company with strong values: We care, we dare, we do, we make simple easy. These principles shape how we work, how we grow, and how we support each other.
