Project Manager
NORNORM is transforming the way businesses furnish their spaces. We offer a subscription-based furnishing model that focuses on sustainability, flexibility, and circular economy principles. Our mission is to help companies create inspiring and functional work environments while minimising environmental impact. With a strong presence across multiple markets, we are driven by innovation and a commitment to redefining the future of furniture. Join us as we lead the charge in sustainable workplace solutions.
Right now, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the implementation phase of client projects within the circular office furnishing industry, ensuring seamless workflows, effective communication, and timely project delivery.
As part of NORNORM’s mission to make flexible, circular workspace solutions accessible and scalable, you will manage all stakeholders involved in the implementation phase. This includes clients, suppliers, warehouses, implementation partners, and internal colleagues across teams such as Customer Experience, Design, and Supply Chain. Your role is to ensure alignment among all parties and that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Your projects will range from repeat standard installations of our modular workspace solutions to large, complex, bespoke implementations for Europe’s leading companies.
This role involves 1-2 days per week of in-person meetings with clients and installation partners. The position is hybrid-remote with a preference for in-office collaboration, with a minimum of 3 days per week in our London office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a structured, proactive, and communicative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver workspace solutions that are good for people, good for business, and good for the planet.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments.
- Partner Management: Develop and maintain installation partner relationships to support high-quality project delivery and implementation.
- Project Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. Facilitate communication across departments to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Execution & Oversight: Monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Effectively use escalation processes to resolve issues.
- Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Conduct quality checks, ensure adherence to client specifications, and drive process improvements for efficiency.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including project completion rates, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.
- This role involves 1-2 days per week of in-person meetings with clients and installation partners.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years experience in a project installation role, either from the furnishing domain or project management, ideally within the built real estate project environment
- Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and/or CRM systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage internal teams and client relationships.
- PRINCE 2 or Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
- Organized and structured personality with high detail-orientation to ensure efficiency in project execution.
- In-Office Collaboration: We have a preference for office-first, as we believe it’s key for teamwork, energy, and building a great company together. That said, we’re also flexible - if you want or need to work from another location from time to time, that’s totally fine.
Why Join Us?
Early Responsibility: From day one, you’ll have a meaningful, revenue-driven role and make a real impact.
Collaborative Environment: Join a diverse team of serial entrepreneurs, industry experts, and commercial thinkers who value growth and success.
Positive Culture: Our core values – We care, we dare, we do, we make simple easy – shape our open and down-to-earth environment.

We Invest in Talent: At NORNORM, we’re deeply committed to developing our young talents. You’ll receive mentorship, structured feedback, and continuous learning opportunities – whether you’re an intern or in the early stages of your career. We believe in nurturing potential and helping you build the skills and confidence to succeed in a commercial environment
