About the Role
As a Junior Business Development Representative on placement, you’ll play a vital role within our sales team, helping to identify and engage potential clients as part of our UK expansion. You’ll focus on outbound sales and lead generation – making first contact, generating interest, and booking meetings that move the sales process forward.
Key responsibilities:
Proactive outreach – Identify and reach out to decision-makers at relevant organisations via phone, email, and other platforms.
Lead qualification – Understand where NORNORM can add the most value and prioritise the right opportunities.
Meeting booking – Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for the wider sales team.
Relationship nurturing – Stay in touch with potential clients to build trust and keep momentum going.
About You
This role is open to students undertaking a sandwich year, as well as recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact sales environment. What matters most is your energy, drive, and curiosity about sales and business development.
