Who we are: NORNORM is a start-up with backing from one of the largest players in the furnishing industry. We are developing a sustainable and subscription-based solution for furnishing future workplaces and have started rolling out our service across Europe. We have offices in Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Stockholm, London and Berlin.

The role
We are looking for an Intern to join our Customer Team for an exciting and developing experience for the summer in our Amsterdam office. As an Intern at NORNORM, you will become a vital part of our Customer Success team and support the team with implementations and customer relations.
Your main responsibilities include:
Assisting the Customer Team with flexible services ( e.g. advising customers who require functional changes to the installed design solutions).
Assisting the Customer Team in customer outreach prioritization, mapping our customer portfolio, assisting in outreach activities.
Supporting the Customer Team with daily administrative tasks in our CRM systems.
You will also be expected to:
Manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
Identify improvements in our ways of working.
About you:
You are in your last year of Bachelor or Master studies with a background in business, law, hospitality or spatial design.
You are willing to work in a startup with a fast-paced environment and use your problem-solving skills when facing challenges. In addition, we value the following qualifications and competencies:
A can-do mentality and proactive approach to tasks
Attention to the finest of details
Excellent communication skills
Persistence and a positive attitude
Ability to work in an organized and structured manner, consistently meeting deadlines
Fluency in both Dutch and English is a hard requirement
Fluency in French and / or Spanish would be an advantage
Interest in office space design and circular business models would be an advantage
While previous experience is not required, any prior experience will be considered an advantage
Additionally, we are seeking someone who is highly organized and structured in their approach to work, as this quality is essential for success in this role.
What we offer you:
A 3-month internship where we mentor and help you grow as individual and professional, with the aim to hire on a full time basis.

Internship remuneration (based on 5 workday week) €800 per month.
