Open role: Business Development Representative
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Representative to join our Stockholm-based Swedish team. This role plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and helping us accelerate the transition to sustainable workplaces.
You will drive our growth, which includes outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), creating business cases, business strategy and more. What you’re really building is a skill-set most people never fully master:
Starting high-quality conversations with people you’ve never met
Turning “not interested” into “let’s talk”
Building relationships with founders and decision-makers in tech and innovation-driven companies
Creating opportunities that turn into real partnerships and long-term clients
Building a personal network that will follow you throughout your career
Open role: Customer Success Coordinator
We’re also looking for a Customer Success Coordinator for our Stockholm team. It’s an entry-level position with a commercial focus, ideal for someone eager to develop their commercial mindset and strengthen their relationship-building skills in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
You will be actively involved in onboarding new customers, ensuring they feel supported from day one and clearly understand how NORNORM’s solution can transform their workspace. You will:
Be the trusted advisor who proactively addresses a customer’s challenges and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their workspace experience
Conduct regular check-ins, workshops, and on-site visits to monitor customer health, mitigate potential churn, and identify opportunities for upselling our services.
Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, from office managers to decision-makers, across different levels.
These role is built for you if you:
Are early in your career (recent BA graduate or similar) and ready to build commercial skills quickly through hands-on experience.
Have a customer-centric mindset and are motivated by creating value that leads to retention, expansion, and long-term customer relationships.
Enjoy communicating with different stakeholders and can adapt your message to both operational. and decision-making levels.
Are comfortable taking ownership, learning by doing, and operating in a fast-paced environment.
