Join Us in Optimizing the Future of Sustainable Supply Chains!
At NORNORM, we are digital pioneers, redefining the workspace industry with sustainability and circularity at the core of our mission. As we scale rapidly across multiple markets, we are looking for a D365 Supply Chain Specialist to drive and implement the digital agenda of our supply chain processes. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong technical skill set and a passion for technology to enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
The Role:
In this role, you will not only work with the operational execution of our supply chain but focus on how we use Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO, automation, and AI to create scalable, data-driven, and efficient supply chain processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement smart, system-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and support our rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize D365 FO and data analytics to identify, develop, and implement process optimizations in NORNORM’s supply chain.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain and IT teams to automate workflows, reduce manual interventions, and enhance decision-making through AI-driven insights.
- Ensure seamless integration of data from different sources to create transparency and predictability in our logistics, warehousing, and procurement processes.
- Develop data-driven recommendations that support better forecasting, inventory management, and logistics planning.
- Collaborate across departments (Operations, Procurement, Finance, and IT) to align supply chain improvements with overall business strategy.
- Test and implement new functionalities and optimizations in D365 FO, ensuring the system is used to its full potential.
- Support NORNORM’s transformation into a more digital and automated supply chain function.
Your Profile:
We believe the ideal candidate has:
- Experience in supply chain management, process optimization, or ERP systems (ideally D365 FO or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, AI, and automation to drive improvements.
- A consultative mindset—able to connect business needs with digital solutions and drive change across departments.
- Experience working in a fast-growing, international matrix organization.
- A proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus)
What We Offer:
- Early responsibility – a key role in shaping the future of our supply chain.
- A dynamic and innovative work environment in a fast-growing, circular economy business.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams where your ideas will have a direct impact.
- Opportunities for professional growth in automation, AI, and digital supply chain solutions.
- A supportive, flexible work culture with a hybrid work setup.
The position follows a hybrid-remote model, with a strong focus on in-office collaboration.
