How we will achieve this: Our fully integrated service covers everything from initial workspace design, installation, adapting layouts, to the repair and replacement of all our "better-than-new" pieces. In return, we offer a fast-paced environment where initiative and willingness to take risk are encouraged and supported. Come and join our growth journey!
The role
We are looking for an intern to join our HR department for an exciting and developing experience.
During your internship, we want you to gain insight into the many aspects of HR and learn more about yourself and your future wishes for a job. It is important to us that you have time for reflection, fun and, not least, that you can contribute with good ideas and inputs.
The internship
You will join a team of two HR professionals who will be your primary colleagues during your internship. You will also collaborate closely with the Finance department and with other student assistants/interns in our other departments. You will be helping us with a range of administrative HR tasks and recruitment support, including screening of applications and communication with candidates. We have different projects in the pipeline that you might be involved in, depending on your interests and experience.
NORNORM will present you with several challenges and allow you to learn and develop. We will also challenge your ability to adapt to ever-changing needs and directions within the organisation. The internship is based in our Copenhagen office (Paradisæblevej 4, 2500 Valby as of January). The formal terms of the internship will reflect the requirements of your study programme.
About you
We imagine that you are in the process of doing your master's (Cand.Merc./Cand.Soc.), ideally in HR. We'd love you to bring your newly acquired academic knowledge into our day-to-day tasks.
As a person, you are curious, energetic, confident, take ownership of your work, and can professionally handle confidential information.
As we employ people from multiple countries and speak English at the office, you must communicate at a professional level in both written and spoken English.
What we offer
- Responsibility from day 1 in an ambitious & sustainable high-growth start-up
- Access to our modern offices and work from home as needed
